How to do wiring for pulse transmitter to L24ER-QBFC1B rockwell plc

Dear all,
I am in one of the site where i need to connect Liquid control PD meter to L24ER-QBFC1B rockwell PLC which is a pulse output i will show the wiring connection below for the instrument

GND=>TB-1
CH-1=>TB-2
CH-2=>TB-3
+12V=>TB-4
note:ch-1 or ch-2 its optional.

In PLC there is a Inbuilt HSC where it is given as.

A0- AO+
B0- B0+
Z0- Z0+

A1- A1+
B1- B1+
Z1- Z1+

where to connect i dint know because its one one cable coming from instrment kindly help me out.
