Control Logix Redundant PLC System NTP Sync AOI

Hi sir.

We are using Control logix redundant PLC system which supports only PTP time synchronization protocol but from DCS side we are receiving the NTP protocol.

Is it possible to synchronize the same without 1756-TIME module??

Note:-I am using Control logix redundant PLC system with flex I/O's.

I am in middle of my customer inspection. So, Kindly revert ASAP.

As you alluded to, a 1756-TIME will do this for you. There are some network switch that can do the NTP to PTP as well.

The easiest solution for you is to run the Clock Update Tool app on one of the HMI.
