I realize my question is vague, but here goes anyway. I am with a company that has two machines controlled by B and R PLCs

The model number is X20CP3585. Can anyone point me in a direction that will show me how to go online with the CPU, Upload a backup, and general communication methods with these units. Thank you in advance.

(Software needed, Communication methods, etc)
