Thats odd. Both Siemens mall and Helukabel are down.
That would be the ones I would check, but it is not possible at the moment.

Must they be labelled desina ?
If any flexible 4x35mm2 with screen can be used, then there are a million suppliers.

Rather than using the Siemens cables as example, state the specs that the cables must fulfill.
