CLX Run/Program bit, scan time etc.

Hi All,

I would like to get some data like Run / Program bit, CPU time, Scan times etc. to my DCS system, could anybody please point me to a right direction to find these tags in my 1756-L71 ControlLogix 5571 CPU.

There are GSV instructions that can be used in the controller to write the information to tags that the DCS can read.
