Heres my question guys

I have the quick start guide, but when I look at the display for my acceleration time parameter, I have four zeros to the left of a decimal point and 3 zeros to the right of it.
I want to set this thing up for a 300s accel time.
Where do I plug in my numbers?
Im completely baffled so I downloaded the user manual, no joy!
ABBs are a new animal for me and I would like to clear this thing off my plate
so I can move on to the next project.

Thanks
