Hi all,

I'm looking at a OMRON program and there are two instructions in there I couldn't find descriptions for. This program looks quite old and I don't know which software was used to develop it. Anybody knows what TKON and TKOF instructions are doing exactly? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

TKON = Task On, TKOF = Task Off. Probably an Omron CS1, although I think the CV also may have supported Tasks.

This allows for certain code sections to be turned on and off through ladder. You should be able to find information in the Omron W340 manual.

Omron W340 at Mr.PLC.com

Hope this will help.
