PanelView Plus 7

I have a panelview plus 7, that runs on version 10 firmware. I am trying to run an application from factorytalk view that has version 8 firmware. but the panelview will not accept my run time application. It says the firmware is incompatible. What can I do?... I tried down grading panelview to version 8 but it wont work.

First off there are two (2) models of the PVP 7 - Standard and Performance.
Which one are you working with?
I would check the Project Settings and be sure to select the PVP 7 "Execute MER on PanelView Plus 7 (Standard) or (Performance) you are using.

Also apply the latest RA patch roll-ups CPR9 SRx it is required for FTV ME version 8.0 and later to fully support PVP 7 standard terminals.
