You're confusing Hardware addresses with memory addresses... They're not the same thing. In this case, the 2.0 address is internal to the FB you wrote.

As there are no outputs addressed at Q2.0 in your h/w config, remove all reference to them. The write to the addresses at Q4.0 etc replace the Q2.0 etc addresses on the outputs of your call to the FB
If you have symbolic address priority selected, you could simply change the symbol for "red" from Q2.0 to Q4.0 (and the similar for "orange" and "green"), and then save all the blocks. The addresses will be automatically updated.
