Configuring 1769 HSC in rs logix 5000

Heres what im using
1769-L24ER-QB1B AB Compactlogix controller
1769-IF4 AB 4 IN Analog CompactLogix
1769-HSC AB High Speed Counter Module
1769-HSC AB High Speed Counter Module
1734-AENT AB 24V DC Ethernet Adapter
1734-IB8 AB 24 V DC 8 Channel Sink Input Module
1734-IB8 AB 24 V DC 8 Channel Sink Input Module
1734-IB8 AB 24 V DC 8 Channel Sink Input Module
1734-OB8 AB 24VDC 8 Channel sourcing Output Module
1734-OB8 AB 24VDC 8 Channel sourcing Output Module

Now all im trying to do is configure the HSC to control 2 motors, the problem im having is i dont understand what exactly i need to copy into the modules for proper configuration. What i have in right now faults out the PLC and Major Fault 23.

Can someone shed some light on this for me? or point me in direction to solve anyways

Thanks for the links but ive been through everything in them and cant find anything that helps solve my problem

Did you just add the module? Did you wait a bit before turning the PLC to run?

Yes everything is new, upgrading from an SLC 500 and rs logix 500 for a school project to this new system. Everything had green lights and and running, i then went through all the calibration stuff from the Manual and now when i turn it to run mode it faults out saying 16#ff0b Module Configuration rejected.

Take out the HSC Module (including HSC program)

Download new hardware configuration for exisiting IO

look what happen

Thanks that seems to have solved my faulting issue, I still cant get the outputs in the HSC to do anything however
