Cognex 130C failure

We bought a new vision sensor Cognex 130C
It was powred ok the first time from a 24 vdc power supply as in the manual.
Next time it would'nt power at all we checked the voltage and the polarity good, the overcurrent led of the power supply was on we checked the breakout cable good we checked the resistance between pins +24vdc and ground in the camera connector we found a short
Did this happen to anyone?
