Run time Problem in Wincc 5.2

Dear All

My Client has facing problems in wincc 5.2 on window 2000 operating system

While running it terminate giving message

" Run time error

Program:C:\Siemens\wincc\bin\pdlrt.exe

Abnormal program termination

Microsoft visual C++ runtime liabrary"

If we restart the PC then it start but again randomely it stops works and shows the above fault.

We have deinstall and again install the wincc 5.2 but no use!!!!!!
