We have Gudel Blankloader on press. It runs under TwinCat (Beckhoff). Servo drives are Indramat:
HDS04 2-W200N (Axises A1, B1, B2)
HDS03 2-W075N (Axises D1, D2)
Rack power supply is HVR03.2-W045N
When system starts there are no faults. Drives indicator shows "bb" - Ready for PowerOn.
When I turn power on I have a fault on all 5 Drives:
F268 Brake Fault. Reset the fault and it comes back right away.
I measured a motor brake coil resistance:
20 Ohm on big motors (A1, B1, B2)
35 Ohm on small motors (D1, D2)
Drive's Parameter P511 (Monitored Brake current) shows a current
1,29A (for A1, B1, B2)
0.71A (for D1, D2)
If I disconnect brake wires and apply 24VDC on them my multimeter (Fluke 189)shows 1.21A for the big motors and 0.69A for the small. Resistance between brake wires and ground is >200 MOhm
I think there is no problem with the brake coils.
Also, We have an additional power supply (Omron 24VDC 10A) for motor brake's coils only. I measured min voltage on the power supply (24VDC)and my Fluke137 shows 24VDC. Looks like I don't have a voltage drop when drives monitor brake current.
So, how can I test this system to find out witch drive gives/generates)this F268 fault or why I have fault on all 5 drives.
I tried to physically disconnect drives D1, D2, A1 from the rack. And no Brakes Faults. So, Drives B1 and B2 are OK. When I connect back A1 or D1 fault comes back for all connected drives (for example: if in the rack A1, B1, B2 fault comes for A1, B1, B2; if in the rack B1, B2, D1 fault comes for B1, B2, D1 )
Thanks for any advise.
