TIA PORTAL Connection Problem

Hi,

I am getting an error “Online: Cannot load the selected communication driver; file not found.” when I tried to go online with Ethernet connection. My network card driver is Qualcomm Atheros ARB171/8175 PCI-E. I tried to uninstall the driver and install it again, I tried to repair the program. But all of them does not work. Please Help!

I have had the same issue a couple of times with step 7 v5.5 on win 7 x64 and now win 10 x64. The following download from siemens support solved my problem. ftp://audsupport:[email protected]/PC_IDENTIFIER_09.00.05.00_01.06.00.01.zip
