System Function 51 can be used.

Open the project > Right click the CPU > Go to PLC > Operating Mode
Or you can go to Module Information > Diagnostic buffer.

Just keep in mind that if your error causes your cpu to stop, SFC51 will not be accurate since it is not being processed.
