DameWare Mini Remote Control is a good one, but was bought by solar winds a few years ago and seems a bit pricey anymore ($200). Can self install on remote if you have the correct authentication credentials, and take itself back off was the coolest part of using it on customers that have restrictions on machines of installed software.

FINALLY!!! I've been waiting for someone to mention this piece software. The nice thing about this no need to pre-install software on the target.
