How to read BECKHOFF Module Channel Addresses in Simatic manager

Dear experts,
recently I working on Automation with Siemens PLC (CPU 315-2DP)and Profibus Networks,
all profibus nodes: Beckhoff bus coupler BK3120 and all beckhoff modules,

I have issue with Read and Writing data addresses of analogue channels from modules
i dont know what 2 Byte is for analogue Sensor,...
please help me to use addressing in Simatic manager LAD program.
