Step7 Screen Not Updating

I have an irritating problem with Step 7.

When switching between windows (Alt-Tab), the screen does not want to update. I then have to switch back to the old window and back again a couple of times for the screen to update.
Or scroll up and down.

Does anybody know if there is currently a fix for this?

I am running VMware V14, and it is a Windows 7 PC with Simantic Manager V5.5 SP3

Any advice would be appreciated

It sounds as a graphics driver issue between the host and the VM.
