I am running RSLogix 5000 20.05 with a AB Compact Logix 5370 PLC. I need to block an analog signal after 7 seconds for the remainder of the cycle. I'm wondering if there is a way to do it? Thank you.

Just don't read it after seven seconds.

Enable a 7-second timer while you are "on-cycle", and use the timer's .TT (Timer Timing) bit to enable reading the Analog Input.

Once the timer has timed out, the .DN bit comes ON, the TT bit goes OFF.

Reset the timer when the cycle re-starts...
