Good afternoon,

I am running Factory Talk View ME on a Getac 'toughbook' touchscreen laptop.

I am having issues having my Factory Talk program screen fit fully on my Getac laptop screen, however it will fit perfectly if I use an external monitor.

Is there a trick in Factory Talk ME or or Studio 5000 that allows me to reduce the size of the program screen output so that it will fit on my Getac?

I have already tried changing Windows 7 resolution settings, tiling and have tried some other screen sizing softwares.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

sounds to be your Laptops graphic card available settings
the resolution for an external monitor is via the VGA port
your issue sounds like you cant set the correct setting
as a test reduce your font size
who's brand is GETAC
