If the OP wants to get info from the knowledgebase, he has to sign a contract with Rockwell, it's called techconnect. Cost depends on quantity of PLCs and software you have.

Many items in the Knowledgebase are viewable just by creating an account as Mark Timm showed. In the information for these they are marked "For Everyone". Yes, there are others which require the TechConnect contract.

If there are items he can't see he can ask us. According to AB's rules cited over at the MrPLC forum we can summerize the information for them but not cut and paste it literally.

Using the "Become A Member" link circled in the previous post you can establish a user name and password and view many Knowledgebase articles, but without a support contract you may not get the live chat or technical support. Activation issues seem to be the main free support service.
