I'm trying to upload the program from a Proface HMI with a flash stick.

I went thru the procedure I read online and when go to upload it responds:

Failed to Start from USB storage

The flash drive is empty and formatted FAT. I've tried a couple different ones.
Has anyone any experience with this issue? The knowledge base online is sparse. This is our one and only Proface panel.

Thanks.

After unsuccessful attempts doing it with the flash I was able to use Ethernet after purchasing the to version of the software

Thanks
