Programming cable Toshiba Prosec T1

Anyone know where I can get a programming lead for a Toshiba PLC
A Prosec T1 MDR40S

I actually have one on order from ebay coming from China but it's a USB one.
I would like a serial one.

The software only runs on Windows XP and I've had trouble before running usb to serial on that laptop.

I have 20 of these T1's that need a program alteration - or at least get the program out and convert (rewrite) to a modern PLC.
