Iam working on a Siemens 1200 plc using TIA portal v13. its showing error of version difference program built on v11. how can i access program using v13 ?? thanks
 
You should be able to open it, might you be missing some required packages?

Are you trying to upload it from the PLC or just open a project you have?

To upload you will need v11, which you can download from Siemens, then just open it with v13
