Delta plc no online with usb to rs485

Kindly, we are trying the USB-485 (USB TO RS 485 converter) to access online, a Delta Plc SS2 through its serial port.
But, we are getting an error, even if we try Auto-detect.
Appreciate your help.

Have you made a connection before using this computer?
What is the operating system?
Under the "Device Manager" in windows, do you see the com port associated with the usb device?
You want to test each component to determine the exact problem. Maybe the device is defective.

We did not have much luck with the CH340 and Delta PLC's so we ended up using a PL2303 chip set in the cable we sell, you may want to look for another adapter

Problem solved : in the communication settings Station Address should be 1 .
