PowerFlex 525 Hand/OFF/Auto

I am trying to wire a 525 vfd for a Hand/Off/Auto setup. Hand is a manuel start cmd (T 11 to T 2). Auto will be over ethernet. I am not for sure the best way to wire it up. Any Ideas. I was trying (T 11 to T 7).for ethernet. But neither seem to work.
 
I am going to try this for the hand operation. As far as the Auto selection wiring I haven't found anything yet

I see what you are talking about on page 89 but how do I wire up my button to trigger start source 2 speed reference 2?
 
ok, next problem relay outputs. I need on relay to indicate the drive is running and turn on a green light and the other to indicate the drive is stop/faulted and turn on a red light. any ideas.
 
I have looked in the manual, looked at the wiring and the drive settings. I just don't know the best solution since the terminals that are on the drive is one n/o and one n/c.
