NOT-AUS usually refers to Emergency Stop but they may be using it just for Stop, not sure. I can offer basic (literal) translation.
Input list
Verzögerung nach NOT-AUS: Delayed stop
Not-Aus: Emergency Stop
Leistungsschalter: circuit breaker
Motorschutz Kaltleiter: motor protection thermistor
Folgemaschine Betriebsbereit: Machine cycle ready
Rundläufer auf: Coiling to
Rundläufer ab: Coiling from
Freigabe: Release
Leistungs-reduzierung: reduce power (output)
Überlast Einlaufstern: Overload motor not running
Druckwächter: Pressure switch (or controller/monitor)
Behälterstau Abtransport Verkehrspackungen: Container accumulated for shipping??
Behälterstau Abtransport Fehlpackungen: Containers not shipped.
NOTE: I think this references some like conveyor shipping lanes where packages are rejected and/or packaged for shipping.
Not-Aus Maschine: Stop machine (or ESTOP)
Tür links ist offen: Left door is open.
Tür hinten ist offen: rear door is open
Tür rechts ist offen: right door is open
Tür vorn ist offen: front door is open.
I will attempt more later if others have not done it even better.

Output list

I had to think about this for a while
Behälterstau Abtransport Verkehrspackungen: literal translation is container congestion, evacuation, shipping and packing packages.

Behälterstau Abtransport Fehlpackungen: container congestion, evacuation, bad packages

I have to think about terms and not seeing what it refers to can make it difficult.

I think Behälterstau Abtransport Fehlpackungen: container congestion, evacuation, stop (abort) packaging

Some of these I am not figuring out but since coiling is involved and the use of some words I guess the machinery makes string or twine..something along those lines?
Tipp von Tippschnur: literal is tip (hint) upon ...tipp=tip(hint) and schnur can be string, twine, braid, band..something along those line
Tippschnur gesteckt: gesteckt = stuck
Behälterstau min.: Behälter = container-stau is congested
Kopf - Boden: Kopf= top Boden=bottom
Behälter zu hoch: container too deep...this could also be too high, too heavy the words fit the situation.
Behälterabfrage Füllstelle: container monitoring fill point

Output list
Höhenverstellung Dosierer Abwärts: literal is height adjusment meter down...ie down height adjustment for filler
Höhenverstellung Dosierer Aufwärts: same as above but Aufwärts means UP.
Freigabe Bringermaschine: disengage or release - bring machine
Betriebsstunden-zähler: hour meter
Hauptventil Pneumatik: pneumatic main valve
Luftdusche: Luft=air duschen=shower so maybe its an air manifold?
Stoerung: fault
Sammelmelder Wartestellung: sammel=accumulator, melder=annuciator or indicator lamp, Wartestellung=standby or put on hold.
Automatik: automatic

Hopefully those with better german can clear up what I have screwed up or could not fully translate.

That was pretty good for a first go Ron. I have the problem the other way round, although English is my mother tongue, all of my PLC work has been done in German, so often I don't know the English equivalents. However, here are the points that occurred to me on a first quick read-through:

Tipp-Betrieb is oftened used to describe single-step operation. Tippschnur I've never come across, but I could imagine on a large machine, that a cord, rather like the old emergency stop cords in railway carriages, could be used to initiate single-steps from different parts of the machine.

Tippschnur gesteckt - gesteckt in this case probably means inserted.

Behälterstau - although Stau in the traffic sense means traffic-jam or congestion, here I think it is being used in the sense of queue or buffer.

Freigabe in the PLC world usually means Enable.

Thanks RMA, I figured stau would represent "jam" but could not organize the words completely, thought I said jam. If I was looking at the machine then the translation would be better...maybe.

Tipp got me altogether and I did not think about gesteckt meaning "stuck into"..ie inserted.

Freigabe probably should be enable but I think I changed it because of the Freigabe Bringermaschine...did not fully understand that one BUT now that I think about it...depending on machine...it could mean something like "enable move to home".

Seeing the machine would help, maybe with this bump someone that uses technical German will reply.

Most of my technical German comes from working with Siemens that were programmed in German, I have only taken one semester of German language.
