How to install PenMount usb touch driver on TwinCat 2 WinCE 6.0

Hi,

I have soft PLC Beckhof CX1020. This runs on WinCE 6.0

problem is when i connect touch display to usb port, touch screen don't work.

Touch display have Penmount control board.
I have this driver but question how install on wince 6.0 ?
there no CAB file.
