Create Archestra Tank Smart Graphic

Hey Guys,
I have been creating Tank graphics in InTouch, but I also
have Archestra system as well.

I’m wanting to create an Archestra smart Tank graphic
That shows the tank full, preferably the color
of oil and have a downward direction from
Full to empty direction graphic that shows
when the oil is getting low.

How is the best way to accomplish this graphic?
