communication problem( Proficy ME 9.50 with 90_30 CPU)

Dear Experts

We have recently updated our Proficy to ME 9.5 and I am able to communicate to CPU CPE307 over Ethernet .

When I tried to go online with CPU363 /CPU 364 using 15 pin GE connector ,I am not able to go online with this latest version but if I use Proficy ME 8.5 ,I can go online with same Connector/cable .

I am using ME 9.50 sim 17

There is a problem with serial communications in one of the SIMs for PME 9.5. It may be SIM 17. If possible upgrade to a newer SIM. Or else uninstall and don't upgrade to SIM 17.

PME 9.50 SIM 18 is available and fixes the serial communication.
