upload application from HMI PWS6600s to PC

I am also facing such communication problem while uploading the application.
i follow whole procedure but didn't get succeed.
please tell me the right way to do this and also tell the cable configuration.
i made a cable according to the manual but its not working.
plz help me....

I also recommend to activate "Auto clicker before downloading" in Options>Editing options.
