Outdoor rated OIT/Panel view covers

Was wondering what is everyone using for outdoor rated OIT/Panel View covers?
OIT is mounted on a panel.
Shade would be preferred as the panel is in direct sunlight.
Locking is required as the OIT has no security. (I am working on this.)
Also, have done some searching an found a post from 2012 but all the links were 404.

It looks like you could put a padlock on the latches.
