We have a paneleview 600 talking to a SLC 503 processor. 2 times in the last 2-3 months after the power was off for a day or 2 the HMI stopped talking to the PLC on power up. We down loaded the PLC program again & it worked again. Wondering if you may be able to help us figure out what could be wrong?

What communication path are you using to communicate with the PanelView?

Did you try to go on line with the PLC, was there a program in it and if yes was there any error codes?
