Siemens: Analog To Pulse converter

Hi all,

I want to convert analog speed to digtal speed.
In my application, I have analog speed ref. from (0..16384) i want to convert it to pulse output (duty 50hz), keeping the same scaling of source..

Can someone help me with some sample ?
