Produced and Consumed tags

I am trying to create a produced tag in a compactlogix L32E to be consumed by a contrllogix L61. I have a tag created in the L32 called Produced_Mass_Spec. It is set to be consumed by 1 consumer.
When I try and set up the Consumer tag I cannot figure out how to do it.
1st i cannot do it online and when i try and do it off line the program uploades and deletes the newly created tag.
2nd when i try to create the consumed tag i cannot get the connection correct

the L32E is 192.168.0.48 and the L61 ENBT is 192.168.0.100

Produced and consumed error

I am a bit closer, but now i get an error saying (multicast/unicast) not supported.

I installed the controller in my I/O configuration window. I could then get the dropdown for my connection on my consumed tag. now i am getting an IO communiation fault.

Help please.
