siemens S5 PLC run mode

pls anyone tell me IN SIEMENS S5 PLC run led (green) comes only after connecting AT LEAST ONE Bus module but I want to check this run mode without bus connecting by simply giving 24V supply, Pls tell me what signal comes from Bus module to make enable CPU ready ( GREEN LED) & how I can simulate the same to ccheck plc.

You should be able to generate a quick dummy logic program,
maybe a simple start / stop and put a END qualifier in the program.
Thats all what it needs to see and use software to set PLC to RUN.
