Download architect. It's free
Open the RSS and select print. Pull down the Printer select option and choose PDF Architect.
Depending on how many pages could take a couple of minutes to convert.
Now your RSS is a PDF

These request are usually made because the OP does not have RSLogix to open the .RSS file.
