Hi!

I'm having some trouble printing in Melsec Medoc ver. 1.6
I've followed the instructions I have. Selecting, Print -> Go -> Number of copys=1.
But all I get is an error message: Can't open file "a:\file name.txt".
And that's not very strange since there is no txt-file.
Have I missed something?

I'm using Melsec Medoc ver. 1.6, Win XP and a Canon BJC-printer

I'd be very helpful for any help you can give me...

You must have selected to print to a file, not to your parallel port LPT1

Go the sub-menu - PRINT / OPTION / OUTPUT and select the port you need.

This selection is to print to a file. This is usefull when you whant an hard copy and you want to see what is will look like before printing. You can open this text file in MS-Words.
