Connected Components Workbench - Annoying Block

Trying to add a device through CCW, but it keeps requesting a password. There is no password on the device (see attached photo) and I have never knowingly set a password through CCW. The software worked up until a couple of weeks ago. Does anybody have any ideas why this issue might appear?
