Hi Everyone!

I have s7-315 2DP I have set up as master and network to an s7-1200 through a CM 1242-5 on a profibus network. Kindly assist me on how to configure the CM 1242-5 to read and write signals from and to the s7-1200.

Have you imported the 1242-5 gsd file and put it on the 315’s profibus network?
What have you done so far?

Hi JRW,
Kindly note. I have added the 315 2 DP CPU and configured as master and added the gsd for the CM 1242-5 to the profibus network. How do I proceed please?
