I installed it before, and install it on another laptop, but I don't know why pop that. all computer OS is XP SP3. so is my computer problem, but I don't know where and fix.

Your PC OS is Pro and not Home edition correct?
no, it is not only with new project. can't start when I click manager. it is sp1 and OS is win XP sp3 pro.

Jeff, you cant just copy the address in the address bar when you are looking at a page in Siemens Support. That address is automatically generated and changes for each visitor to the page.
