HELP omron high speed counter boards

with high speed counter boards that fit into either port 1 or 2 of the cpu on the omrom cqm1h plcs thers is some configeration to do when setting them up ie reset method etc. i know all the configeration information to put in but the manual says this information should be put into different DM bits. what i need to know is is there a way to get it in and stay there ie use a move instrucion to move values into the locations at the start of the prog or do i need to configure a page in the setup page in syswin.
i am unsure on the way to tackle this so could anyone help or send me in the right direction

well i kinda answered my own question it was staring me in the face i just needed a bit of a play with the program

What's happened to the MrPLC site? For the past several days I've been getting 'server not found' messages.

I'm on the road,but I thought it was just my connection speed. I have some alternate emails for Chris. I'll send him one and see.
