Can't read analog card in logix designer

Hello everyone,

My transmitter is reading currently in control panel, showing 14.9mA. I configure new tag in studio5000(logix Designer), but it is showing me 0 value.

I don't know if I miss something.

The card is 1746-NI16, controller is 1756-L74 controllogix 5570
and logix designer V28.02


Please help me out, I am new to this software.

So, lets start at the beginning.
In your L74 controller, if you go to controller tags, and browse to the IO module you mentioned. You should see raw counts for each channel, do you have a value in the channel that your transmitter is connected to?
Has the channel been configured? Each Channel has an output word. The bits in this word determine how the channel functions.

Assuming you have the card set up for a 4-20mA signal, you should see a number between 3277 and 16384

Raw value is showing me 49360. It has Input type0,1. Data format 0,1,2. Calibration0,1,2. Filter frequency 0,1,2. and channel enable.
I click on Channel enable, Input Type1, data format 0,1 and filter frequency 2
It is showing me 11000000 1101XXXX with raw value 49360
