OT - Reduce Picture File Size

I've used Picture Resizer for years. Very lightweight (about 400k). Size of the pic is determined by the filename of the executable.
Example: PhotoResize400.exe will take pics dragged onto it and create new ones resized to 400 pixels wide. Change the number to 800, and they're 800 pixels wide.
No GUI to mess around with. Just drag and drop onto the executable icon.
