I have a question: What software language the Mitsubishi PLC uses?

It is possible to program Mitsubishi PLC using GX Developer.

GX Developer supports the MELSEC instruction list (IL), MELSEC ladder diagram (LD) and MELSEC sequential function chart languages. You can program your own function blocks (MELSEC QnA/QnAS/System Q series), and a wide range of utilities are available for configuring special function modules for the MELSEC System Q."

To program the later versions you really need GX works (3) is the latest, I'm not sure that GX Developer is available for the later L & FX5, however it is bundled with GX works. But in the version I have it is not IEC only ladder or IL so if you need the function block programming I would check before purchase.

I used medoc software for years before the newer version of software was developed.
I am not sure if the gx developer software is compatible with the older plc models.

GX Developer certainly works on the older A series & on the early FX.

MELSEC IL (Instruction List)
Ladder Diagram (Ladder Logic)
FBD (Function Block Diagram)
ST (Structured Text)
SFC (Sequential Function Chart)

All Software packages from IEC Developer onward support all 5 languages.
