Panelview Plus 1500 on Workgroup vs Domain

Hi guys. Currently working on a project that requires a Panelview Plus 1500 to read a CSV File (recipe) from a network drive.

The issue I have come across is that the customer thought the Automation Network was on a Domain, but is actually just a Workgroup. Because of this, the PV is unable to login to the network in order to access the network folder that contains the recipes.

Is there a way to add the PV on to the Workgroup so that it can access the network drive?
