Satel 3AS 869

Greetings,

I am using Satel 3AS 869 Radio.

I have an issue while connecting the Radio using Satel Configuration Manager. I bought the radio from another user in online.

I tried to connect the radio but it shows an error as “ Failed to Connect to modem” (Check the above attachment).

Please help me with this issue.

what are you trying to connect this radio to?
brand name and model number?

Do you have the proper RS232C cable? Are you using an USB-RS232C converter and does the operating system recognize this as COM8?

James i am just trying to connect the Radio with my pc. Brand name is Satel and the model name is 3AS 869.

Hey Alfredo yeah i am using proper RS 232C cable. Yes i am using USB to RS 232 Convertor and Yeah it recognize the COM8, i checked with the hyperterminal too.
