Delta Tau PMAC expert

My name is Mike Esposito, currently work for Omron Delta Tau. I have 20+ years experience with Delta Tau PMAC motion controllers. I have extensive inventory or legacy controllers as well.
I'm currently working to help a company get an older Black Clawson Winder for making mask material up and running, it has a GE 90-70 PLC with 3 PMAC VME cards. We have it running after about a week of support, all support was possible remotely as well.

Let me know if someone needs help with a PMAC controller.

Best Regards,
mike esposito

COVID-19 help

I'm a controls specialist in Cleveland Ohio with software and experience with Rockwell/AB Logix and FactoryTalk systems. I have PLC5, ControlLogix, and MicroLogix at my facilities. I just finished a couple of big projects, and I'm pretty sure my company would donate my time. If not I have more vacation than I can use. PM me.

I can offer programming and designs for a small PLC system that will make an electric actuator
or pneumatic cylinder pump a manual ventilator to help keep patients breathing. It will have
an HMI screen that will have settings to adjust pump rate for respiration rate and settings
such as how far the electric actuator will pump the manual ventilator (rate control and volume
control).

I will write the programs and make the blueprints for this, I will do this all remotely.
The estimated cost of hardware would be approximately anywhere from 1,000 USD to 5,000 USD
Please contact me if you would like my assistance or brainstorming ideas.
