We are using weigh feeder for controling of material which is being convyed by a blet using VFD drive.As this is fully controlled by a subcontrol system haivng branded made.
Now i want to convert it with simple programme using allen bradely micrologix 1200 controller and it's i/o.Now i am some what in near by and required programme for it.Which having speed calibration,load calibration and setrate calibration.
Please help for this and for flow meter also which is being controller the material flow using motorized gate....
