RS500 Off Line Merge

Does anyone have the steps to Merge RS500 programs off line. I saw a Tech do it but did not catch the steps. I have always had to upload and browse for the file to merge. Thanks
 
Thanks I believe thats what I needed I will test out as soon as I find the my merge file
